Client Review on PNC Bank

Feedback:

I used PNC's mobile app to make a $500 payment from my PNC checking account to my PNC credit card account. The app disconnected me from the server and said to try again. I tried again and the error came up again. I went to try and complete the same transaction 2 hours later only to discover they had taken two payments of $500 out of my checking account. I called to get one of the transactions cancelled as I needed the $500 to pay my rent on my landlord. I called to cancel the payment that they had mistakenly made and was told that they were not only unable to do anything and that because of the Memorial Day holiday I'd have to wait until tuesday to get my $500 returned. After getting pawned off on 3 different departments with no solution provided other than to sit and wait. I also made a facebook post with so response other than theyre sorry that such an incident happened to me.
