Came to load a prepaid card and they said they couldn't do it because they don't work with MetaBank. " I came here because, obviously your website states otherwise". I don't have time to explain to people how to do their job but come on, not even the supervisor on duty knew about it. Horrible service and they couldn't even look into it, I was the only one there at 11:45pm. I guess these employees must think they work at a milk plant, because they just stand there milking the time clock while the consumer pays the outrages fees for their pay check. Must I say more?...
