Terrible communication, out of date systems and technology, loads of excessive fees and after multiple attempts to change address in the system to stop a repeated charge, no luck. Don’t bank here, it’s such an inconvenient hassle.

Platte Valley Bank is a small bank that still treats you like a customer and not an account. I left behind an important piece of paper and went back two weeks later and they kept it because they could tell looking at it that it was important. Only drawback is that because they are small you are charged fees out the wazoo unless you follow all the rules.
