Olivia is by far one of the greatest bank managers I've ever come in contact with! As soon as I call and hear " This is Olivia, thank you for calling Pioneer valley....." I get elated. This young lady really empathizes with the customers. Olivia takes the initiative to help find a solution to any problem, and go above and beyond her duties, as if the problem were her very own. Olivia has comforted me in my times of stress, and has carried more of a friend spirit, than business. I think she is amazing and any business who employs her has to be the luckiest business in the world. Olivia deserves recognition!!!! De'ja

I've been a part of this credit union for years. They have the best rates around. I'm always telling my friends about their low car rates. Personally, they had the best car rate around for the SUV I bought a few years back.

Relocated here from Boston and was in search of a credit union perfect enough for me. My coworker recommended Pioneer credit union and the service I received this afternoon from team representative “Alexa” was top notch. Alexa made me feel so comfortable; not only was I able to discuss with her my present day plans, but also my future plans all of which will be possible having a trust worthy, reachable financial institution like PioneerValley Credit Union.Professional, and the best service I’ve had at a bank in a very long time. Alexa made sure that she followed HIPPA privacy and security rules that made me feel like my information was safe. I’m so excited to move to this part of the state and adulting is much more manageable when your finances are secure. Thank you Pioneer Valley. I’m so impressed I’ve already read every page of the welcome package.

It’s the worst place ever. Why is the worst place? Because to apply for a personal or other loan doesn’t matter what, you need to open an account to become a member with them and then you can apply for any loan, but that not is all, they telling you that you have more benefits like a member. But that not is all, they telling you that you qualify if you have 550 or more in your credit score, fine. When you apply for personal loan with 24 hours to respond, under that credit score, they don’t call you. You need to call them to they told you what happen with your application. You call them, But one personal under the name Amanda who is the staff to check the application for loan, is one person very arrogant and not friendly, plus of one manager without face than never give his face at the customer, and his staff need to go to ask the manager to see what questions can answer or not. It’s the worst Credit Union to safe your money.

They locked me out of my account, without any justification! What's worse is they don't have a 24 hour service, for the card to be unlocked. How am I supposed to buy my child's diapers?! Horrible!
