Pioneer Sucks I would not recommend getting a loan through them ever!! I guess when I opened a loan through them in 2013 for 3400 I agreed to pay almost 10,000 at least thats what they are saying!! I would never take out a loan to where I agreed to pay 7000 in interest!! Go through Armed Forces loans!! Much better and friendlier then Pioneer!!

Get a loan once or twice and have a perfect account, have Experian screw up your credit after they got hacked and this place will deny you no matter how good your credit is with the other agencies like trans union and equifax. Plus this place will lie to you and solicit that your preapproved don’t believe them just false advertising.

this place sucks. when i first opened the account i had set up auto payment from my bank acoount. when i figured out how to do an allotment for it not only were they taking money from my allotment but also from my bank account making 2 payments instead of 1. every time ive called its one machine after another i do not recommend this place to anyone

This is a horrible place to get a loan. Yes, they say they are there to help and so fourth, which is great. However, they failed to disclose information. The words they advertise and their actions contradict one another. Pioneer Services Military Loans negatively impact my husband's credit. His first payment was late due to the fact he was unfamiliar with setting up automatic payment. He finally contacted Pioneer to make his first payment. A Pioneer representative told him the balance amount which was due, in which he paid. The Rep failed to enclose the late fee and failed to mention what will bring his account up to date. Meanwhile, automatic payment was set up. Every month he paid prior to the due date. However, on his credit report it shows he was late for 17 months. We went to Pioneer Service Military Loans and told them they made a mistake. The Rep had some nerve to say it was accurate. Stating, that the late fee that was acquired on the first month rolled over on the following months. Pioneer Loans failed to disclose this information in the contract, failed to tell my husband when he contacted them to make the payment, and failed to contact him period. They could have written a letter to his company or something because 9 months out of the 17 months he was in Afghanistan. Thanks to Pioneer Loans being a money hunger business and a hypocrite, they have jeopardized my husband credit. I do not recommend giving them your business because you may be the next victim.

Only good if you need money fast and can pay it back in about a month or 2 crazy high interest rates dont use if need for long term

These people will work with you through alot, doesnt matter what situation your in they will find a way to help you, they are quick and profesional about what they do, the payments are flexible and come right out of your pay so your never late, and being that you wont be late your credit will build up pretty fast, but just to let you guys know, they ARE A BANK, they just dont give out money like it grows on trees, you pay back what you owe with a low interest rate. Great experience, i use these guys all the time
