Update: Marcey from Middleton and Dulce ( not sure of spelling) from mountain home took care of me. Everything has been resolved. They were very friendly and apologetic. This is the worst credit union/auto loan I have ever had. They are beyond condescending when speaking to you about "how their process works". I purchased a vehicle in August. They never got proof of my Insurance because the dealer put a different lending company on my loan documents. I went in to make my payment November 5th of $626 -while at the same time filled out documents to change my due date to he 18th. So my next payment would be December 18th. I got a notice December 1st stating that if I did not show proof of insurance my payment would go up to $1200 a month. So I called geico and they sent the proof of insurance. Everything's good right? NO, it’s not. I made my December payment on the 17th. Then, On the 20th I got a notice that my new payment was now $760.. and it’s late! So I called and they said my insurance was only good for December, there was a lapse of 3 months. So I called geico again, they finally were able to prove that I had insurance from day 1. At the same time I was told by pioneer that the paperwork I filled out in November was nowhere to be found and my date was never changed! So now I am 17 days past due. And they won't be able to "process" the removalOf my "forced insurance" for up to 10 days-- by then threatening to send me to collections and report to the credit bureau!! -I was not aware they never changed the date! I assumed they know how to do their job and trusted it would be done. Pioneer then told me just to go back into a branch and fill out the paperwork AGAIN. So I did, and was then informed because I have a "balance"Owed that they couldn't change the date. But I MADE the payment! . I am NOT giving you an extra $150 because someone else screwed up. So now I have to wait until they "approve" what Geico already told them, in order to get this all taken care of, while waiting to see if they report me to the credit bureaus for being "late". This is ridiculous. They can't do their jobs, and they are NOT about customer service and helping their members at all! I shouldn’t have to “call back” or “check back” to make sure someone did their job. Better off at Mountain gem with JR Kelley. Who is amazing and has all my other vehicle loans. Pioneer will lose me as a customer and I will make sure they don't get any referrals from me as well.

Love, love, LOVE this credit union! I've been with Pioneer for years and they always make me feel like a valued customer! Haven't ever had any of the "big bank" problems I hear my friends suffer through with other banks, and the tellers are some of the sweetest people ever!
