Ross department store over-charged my mom $2 on a purchase, then they screwed up their books and claimed the check bounced, even with proof that they withdrew the money. Mr. Carolyn Bell of Pioneer Bank was very helpful in getting Ross to back off and do the right thing, but knowing Ross and its inherent ineptitude, we may be seeking her help again next month.Ross department stores turned my mom over to collections for an error that they were responsible for. They have made little or no effort to rectify the situation.
