Your support team are excellent and very helpful however we have been having problems with the system and have been told to wait for the upgrade to see it it gets corrected.To name some inconsistencies: 1.Sales in prep sheet does not correspond with the actual sales......all links taken into account. We now manually calculate sales using the prep links to determine if a variance is accurate 2. Detail of waiter commission sales does not balance to the summary. 3. The campaign manager that had worked for our other promotions stopped working during service. We created 2 campaigns on the same night...the one worked, the other didn't. The system did not apply the campaign when the bill was requested after the end time of the time rule. We had to manually calculate every bill thereafter. Customers do not leave at the end time if a promotion. The second campaign for the same night applied the time rule and order rule when a bill was requested after the campaign had endedWould be interesting to know if other users experience the same problemsOnce again, you support team are excellent and very helpful and I cannot fault their support service.
