Customer Service for foreign workers/OFW is down right terrible!! The only reason why I opened an account with you is because this bank is the only one available to do so in Singapore. Please don't waste our time! Kindly have the sense of urgency! I started contacting your main office January this year and its already July! I was asked to provide this and that, kept being passed on to another department/person, what kind of service is that? I will give zero stars if there's such!
