Overall Feedback:

1st of all your queue was the worst. I called like 4x on your DTF number and spoke to a guy at the card application/promotion department. I got few questions and said he’ll just put me on hold then hung up. What the hell. My disappointment is way beyond my imagination. I didn’t thought you are hiring these type of people as a customer service rep. He wasn’t helpful and totally a jerk. Might as well try to trace all my calls for today just like few mins ago.
