For a bank service is quick and timely. All the workers are professional and help in any way they can. Usually not really busy though drive thru can get a little busy. Workers are kind and friendly and make you feel welcome. Lollipops for younger kids on the table in the waiting area. Atm and change converter. If you have extra change use the machine because it will add up all your change and give you back $ Bills. Which I personally love because I always have a bucket of change.

Really like the bank. Most of the time they are very helpful. Occasionally you get the nasty person who won't give you the time of day.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Mislead me and STOLE money from my account. When I called them out on it, they came up with a way to justify it and even then, couldn't get their story straight. You would be better off putting your money under your mattress then placing it in this credit union. Hell, you would be better off setting your money on fire then entrusting it to these unethical, deplorable thieves.
