Client Review on Peruzzi Pontiac Gmc Truck, Inc.

Feedback:

I arrived at Peruzzi Nissan at 7:45am for my 7:58am oil change and service appointment. After checking in, I took the shuttle to a nearby restaurant and cafe for breakfast. At approximately 10:17am I received a call, expected to be notified that my service was completed. I was informed that the technician discovered a cracked right axel boot, and the repair would cost over $900. After approving the repair, I waited at the cafe for another 3 hours with no contact from the service department. I called around 1:30pm and was told that the repair should be completed soon. After calling again at 3:00, I was told that the repair was finally completed. I requested a pick-up by the shuttle and was met with surprise that I was still waiting at the cafe. Given that the service department had my car, I was confused as to how I would've gotten somewhere else. After being picked up by the shuttle and returning to the dealership, it was almost another 30 minutes before I received my paperwork and paid $930 for the repairs and service. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The lack of communication and care was concerning as the repair was unexpected. This is not the level of care and service I have grown accustomed to at Peruzzi Nissan.
