Told me it would take about 30-45 minutes to process my application and that she'd call me as soon as she had an answer. I hadn't heard anything by the next day, which was very frustrating when you're really in a bind, have given them all your personal info and they don't even pick up the phone to call with the result, *I* had to call them! Rude & unprofessional.
