Everybody that works out of this office is so rude. Plus they sold you the loan telling you that you can make payments through the office without any fee assessed; guess what they started to impose a fee. Never sent any type of loan statements, this is after multiple requests.

This company has very rude representatives One in particular her name is Sandy. She does not know how to talk to customers she needs to go back to training on how to interact with customers every sense this place left Jefferson street and it has new management it has gone to hell if I could I would give it half a star.

The store manager for the Joliet office (Andy) is just RUDE!! I had a verbal disagreement with him and after that he reversed my payments which gave me two 30 day late pays on my credit report When we confronted him about it he did not apologize nor have any regrets. He told us to go and dispute it with the credit bureau.
