I worked with a Esmeralda and she was nice over the phone but then told me over the phone that because I didn’t live in the area she can not do my loan. I called the location of were I lived and they said she could have helped me. The following day she helped me and then when I came in the office she was acting smart with me Saying because of my job title at my employment she would think I would own more electronics. I told her it’s just a job title and she kept going back and forth with me. I asked her if she was seriously getting smart with me she said no then when we came to the contract I asked her about the interest and she said I told you that already and didn’t want to go over it with me until I said I’m not signing anything till I see. Overall she was rude and I will never return to that location

Need to make my monthly loan payments but was told that I would have to pay cash on this first go around even though I have been a customer of theirs for years (long ago) however I work Monday through Friday 6:30a-6:00p and they say they are open 9-12 on Saturday but no one ever in the office on Sat. So how the heck I'm supposed to pay my monthly payments???

What amazing, friendly customer service! Worked with Esmeralda who was what customer service should be! Friendly, proficient, respectful, and professional! Great balance! I can see this is where we will continue to do our business if need be! We came from out of state and had done business with an out of state world finance and had a great,experience so,this is where we figured we would start not knowing anything around. And so far we are satisfied and would recommend! Thank you Esmeralda!
