My first contact was a follow-up text message because they were closed, I had given up because all the other places that I contacted would not except my item( Apple Watch series 3) so then the next morning I received another text message from Perris Pawn stating that we are open and we can provide you with a loan $50-$100. I called in because I didn’t believe it was true I thought that I would get down there and they would try to lowball me and just give me $20. I spoke with the store manager and he confirm the price and advise me of what I need it this customer service was done in a professional and timely manner.I get there and from the time I step foot in the door I was greeted with a welcome in, Harold was the associate who assisted me. He went through all the procedures there early to make sure that I understood their policies, I believe this transaction took me less than 20 minutes. I just want to say all staff members were very professional and very welcoming and Harold especially took the time to make sure my experience was exceptional. Harold is the epitome of guest services, he said he’s been there for 15 years, thank you for making my day. I needed the money but the service was priceless.Thank you for your services😊 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
