They are listed as best shop to pawn electronics yet when i tried to sell my lenovo laptop that was in pristine the man didnt even attempt to look at it ans said we only purchase macbooks and apple products here. Phone number dont work so dont bother calling it. Free surface parking lot.

It took 2 minutes on the phone to know I would never do business with these guys, the fella that answered the phone knew nothing about silver and gold, he made chumlee look educated, even in a desperate moment find some where else to sell, Facebook would be better

People are angry and miserable. I’ve never understood why people aren’t polite or social especially at work when your are in customer service. They give horrible horrible horribly low amounts of money for your stuff. Pawn shops suck

To Whom It May Concern:I am compelled to recognize the exemplary service I received from Dave at the Perfect Pawn, Wayne, NJ. location.I visited the store with a collection of antique pocket watches and other vintage jewelry I wanted to sell for my mother.I told Dave that I had sold many items on eBay and had done some research on the items but wanted expert confirmation of their value and what Perfect Pawn would offer to purchase.Dave carefully examined each piece, testing gold content when needed, quoted values and gave explanations for valuation.Even though he could offer purchase prices from Perfect Pawn, given my eBay experience he recommended that I list the items there for maximum return.I told Dave I wanted to sell him an antique solid gold toothpick case from the collection that he said Perfect Pawn would pay $400.00 for melt value and he pushed back advising that I should reconsider as I could get a better price selling on eBay.Dave’s expertise was obvious and his professionalism and honest council on the best options for selling my items was greatly appreciated.One could not ask for a better representative of your company and profession, and I recommend that Perfect Pawn recognize him for this.Best regards,JB

Went in to sell an Apple Watch because I needed the money. The guy that helped me was very nice and thats all I can really say. This place low balls you on everything you try to sell. I asked for $180 and he offered $120 and only went $5 more by the end of the negotiation. It was a Series 2 42mm with 5 bands and a charging stand, and they wouldn’t even give me $130!Other than that the atmosphere is very nice, location is accessible, and the one employee I dealt with was pretty kind. So beware! Don’t come here unless your really desperate and really need the money because they will only pay you the lowest possible!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY OFFER YOU INSULTING AND PATHETIC AMOINTS FOR YOUR ITEMS I CALLED TWO OF THEIR STORES ONE OFFERED $200 😂😂 other offered $50 wasn’t looking for the world but don’t even waste your time their not even reasonable
