I recently refinanced my first mortgage using Perennial Funding. I attempted to do this months earlier using a different broker who attempted to get my loan approved with a company called loan Depot. I was told by my former broker not a problem, they can do my loan, however the day before closing they decided that I didn't have enough value between two loans because my house was slightly under water. Loan Depot knew this on day 1....but waited until the day before closing to let my former broker know that they couldn't do this loan. Thank God I found perennial funding the broker Ryan Shaughnessy was outstanding, easy to work with, and made himself available to answer a question even after hours. I recommend Ryan to all clients seeking to get a a mortgage. Ryan Shaughnessy at perennial funding has many banks his company works with and they have many programs so even a difficult challenge most likely can get done. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't use Loan Depot they really are terrible I have had two bad experiences with that company in the last 6 months I will never use them. Bottom line my feedback is real and this company was really good.
