Need to update atm machines. ALWAYS seem to be down. Also need to provide better service with their mobile check deposits. Instead of continuously rejecting a mobile deposit with no explanations multiple times, try what is known as a courtesy call to explain what the problem is so the customer can fix and address. Why did I have to call you after the 4th rejection. I find this to be lazy poor customer service on their part. Luke Labbe should address this.
