Being left as a beneficiary of a deceased parents account, I was given the run around while trying to close the account. They gave me bad information several times regarding the balance and seemed unwilling to release the funds to me. Of all the accounts I had to close, this bank was the worst.

I got auto loan from this bank. I never made late payments never once 60 days or above. They reported to credit bearues im late on my payments 60 days or more i paid my loan off october 24 2018. Today is dec 2 2018 still shows on my credit report i owe these fools $16100.fix my credit report errors idiots. A.S.A.P PLEASE
