Lily has helped me every step of the way when I thought it was going to be impossible to secure a house loan. I didn't think in a million years I'd be able to own my own home. She worked with me from day one to help me build my way up to being able to apply for a loan. She answered my questions every single day/night/weekend and helped my dream come true. Owning a house for my family!! I can't say Thank you enough. I haven't stopped smiling ever since she told me the great news. I'd love to thank all of the Peoples Bank employees that were always helpful, courteous, and professional every time I dropped by. Anytime I hear of a friend or colleague in need of a house loan or any other bank needs I will be quick to refer them to Lillian and Peoples Bank. Thank you all again.

Lori Andrew was wonderful from our first call to the last email! She did exactly what she said she would. She was through, detailed, knowledgeable and always answered emails and phone calls, even after hours and on the weekends! She was able to "think outside the box" with ease when needed to close our loan. I can't speak highly enough about her efforts. We will feel confident when referring Lori and Peoples Bank to friends and family in the future.

Lori was exceptional in her organization, efficiency, caring and creativity. She helped us create a "plan B" when it appeared that our home might sell before our new home was ready for a closing. She always gave us clear explanations when she asked for documentation. She always responded very quickly to our email requests and inquiries, even late at night or on weekends. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Give Lori a big bonus and have her train your other originators!!

Sharon Walker Baginski is a valuable asset to Community Banks of Colorado. Her patience and professionalism made this process so easy and as stress free as possible.
