Feedback:

Horrible customer service on the phone. Have to go multiple people just to change our address. We were told they couldnt change our car loan acct without a letter, but then they sent us solicitations with no letter. Unbelievable! Always long hold times on the phone.

I just want to do deposit for my in-laws she's out of the country and they ask for all my information I feel I was like gerring money from her account and not just go and deposit a check in my in laws account with her check I don't like the front desk girls or they policy sucks.

Rude tellers. One time offices were closed because employees were on strike. Locked me out of the app and didn’t tell me it was because they “updated it” and everyone had to re-register. Wouldn’t let me make an electronic payment to my credit card. Honestly I have only had bad experience with this bank. Stay away.

I have been a member of people first FCU for a very long time and I have never had a problem. I also worked for them Many years ago. I enjoyed working for them and will continue to be a member of this credit union.

Love this bank but the location is Allentown is horrible. Went in having a few questions about a loan. Was told to have a seat and someone would be right with me. I didnt mind waiting since i was the only one there. As as sat waiting patiently with my 3 yr old for over 30 min... I observed 3 loan specialists agrguing over who was taking me and who was going to lunch. They decided that they would all just go to lunch n needless to say after being there for 45min with only a question to ask i ended up leaving. As i was getting in the car there were all the loan specialists eating lunch and talking on there phones. Worst customer service ever!!!!

Been calling all day the number never connects . this is the second day in a row I couldn't get in contact with anyone. How am I to take care of my banking needs when nobody answers the phone?
