So, why email me that my yearly statement is ready if I can't get to it? Website is entirely unaccessible, which is not helpful during tax time. Oh, and they also told me my HO-6 expired and they were going to buy one for me (at an OUTRAGEOUS rate), when in reality all that happened was my HOA bought a new master policy for the building. The second I can re-fi with my credit union, I'm out.

Sent me only a small portion of my escrow for property taxes. Representative was caring and responsive when I called about the issue, or so I thought, but Penny Mac still has not sent a check for the rest of my tax payment! Not a pleased customer

Enrolled me in some auto dialing telemarketing to refinance. This bank seems like the used car salesman for home loans. Very rude on the phone and very pushy.
