Rudest people ever,I called Lisa about a confusion on paperwork I sent.she was impatient and didn't even listen to what I said. "well you need to to send a death cert" I did sent it in along my paperwork Do you know how much those things cost and time it takes to get one? apparently Lisa didnt give a crap and I dont think she wants to give me my claim.Lisa you enjoy stealing from families loss,heartless monster.
