She exemplified excellent customer service and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is searching for a good credit union with a great member advisor to help with all of their banking needs! I was relieved when I left there after having an issue with my other bank! She made my day 😊!!

I've had accounts with Pen Air for over 20 years. One teller got under my skin... just one ...in all that time. From the loan process, to working with debt, and regular accounts, doing business with Pen Air has been a string of positive experiences. I'm a little spoiled... I opened up a savings account with another bank and was disappointed. What was I thinking? Love you, Pen Air!
