The staff at this post office are genuinely very helpful and patient with all the different customers, including local people, senior citizens, tourists and business people. It does get busy at peak times, so its best to avoid lunchtime. Fortunately, there is a ticketing system, so don't worry about losing your place in the queue.If you are sending anything within Malaysia, this is definitely the best place to go. For sending overseas, it's fine for mailing postcards, letters and other small items. However, if you urgently need to send a business package overseas, you may want to consider DHL or Fedex as faster but more expensive alternatives.
