first, my bad experience when the staff reject my request to claim losting parcel.second time, with the same bad attitude staff, she reject my driving licence renewal because of her computer can't read my i/c chip.I've made a decision to go to pos office taman universiti, and its done not over than 10 minutes,.. so i think this is not a system failure, but human sense problem.. very bad.
