Just an AWFUL experience! Rude rude employee. I think she had dirty blonde/brown hair. Whatever you do make sure someone else helps you. She was rude and made the whole experience awkward and unpleasant. If this bank does not resolve their hospitality issues they aren’t going to last much longer.

My son and I went in today to close out an old CD. Vanessa C, the Retail Client Experience Manager, Could not have been more professional and helpful. A very nice experience, I would recommended this bank to anyone.

I worked for Peapack-Gladstone Bank back in the early 2000's. Professional staff, but the tellers were all middle-aged women who were set in their ways. I assume the bank is going strong - in the 2000's this was a small bank with big money clients.
