Love the bank and local people, do not like Louisville answering when I call I like home town service.

If i could rate this a 0 i would. Pbi has ruined my life and caused me 2 years of debt every since they let someone cash a check with my signature forge I'm sure that they knew who it was chasing it they didn't pay no mind to it but what they did not know if that was my check because I was put out of work for being pregnant and could not get another job. I lost my car which I still had to pay for plus having to buy a loaner car when it could have been toward my car that I lost. It not only put me in debt for 2 years pho has caused my husband and I over 30,000 in debt because if they would have checked my signature they would have noticed that I did not sign it and they would have not chased it and called me to notify me. My check was sent to my old address and I do know who cashed it which I have confronted her but I just think if they would have been more observative I would be in debt and I would be able to be in a house with my husband and soon to be 2 kids. So I want to say thank you pbi for ruining my life. Because I am a good person I didn't go forth with the court orders but looking back i should have because pbi isn't the one suffering I am...thanks pbi or is it limestone now either way never coming to this bank again.

Always friendly and efficient. I often forget to make a transaction on my kids acct and it lapses to inactive, they are always so nice and reactivate for me me.

I am giving this branch a 1 star for their lack of care to their clients. I went to make my account positive and placed more money so as to not have a zero balance. I went to use my card it did not work, so I call them up and I get "Oh ,yeah your card is frozen for 30 days and after 30 days you have to apply for a new one." My only question is why was I not told this earlier when I was in there. If I had known this at the time of bringing it to a positive balance I would have never placed my money over a zero dollar balance. So the bank wasted my time , betrayed my trust. When I went in there to withdraw, all I was given was blank stares... they do not care whether or not your inconvenienced or not as long as they are sitting in their chair and have a job. I used to like banking here, now I'm not so sure. Hopefully they can get their stuff together and disclose their clients properly. I disclose people all day whether they want to hear it or not... surely they can muster to find one for this...
