1 star only because I can't give ZERO stars. A sales person named Maddie called the medical group I work for this morning, and lied to the receptionist saying that her call was not about sales. I picked up the phone (as the practice manager) thinking that it may be one of the clearing houses we deal with to get reimbursements. Maddie started off by telling me that Paysafe is a Mastercard and Visa merchant services whole saler, and she wanted to set up a time to discuss switching merchant retailers to Paysafe! Doesn't make the company look very good when the people making cold calls to potential customers are lying to the person answering the phone

Feel completely ripped off. Terrible user experience, terrible customer service, no transparency in the contracting phase, will be reporting to BBB as I do not think their practices are in alignment with industry standards.Also being charged a $1000 cancellation fee? This is crazy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MERCHANT SERVICES! They will rip you off, they will not protect you, they will steal your money, then they will close your account and charge you $1000 bucks! Bad company bad customer service and thief's! I never give anyone reviews but this company is BAD trust me!

This company was horrible!!! I did business with them for 6 months then they randomly closed my account and put my $3,542 on hold for 90 Days. I DIDN'T HAVE ZERO charge backs with them a month after they closed my account they started taking money out of my account and they didn't send me no letter or anything. Once i called they said your customers filed charge back. As soon as i called two of them they both told me Meritus had called them and told them that you were charged fraudulently and that we are playing with their account. NOW I CALLED THE CUSTOMER BACK AND SHOWED THEM THEIR BILL and we were able to charge them again with our new merchant. This company is horrible and they steal your money DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!

I did business with them for about 8 months and then they started giving me all kinds of problem they started holding my money which i haven't had ZERO charge backs in the last 8 months. They made up all kinds of excuse every time i tried to reach my rep he would just hang up the phone on me. They left me in a very bad position without NO WARNING. Once again if you want to go through what i went through go ahead and use them once again these people are very unprofessional.
