My experience with Payroc has been nothing but fabulous. I’ve never liked change, Same company for fifteen years. Finally gave Jackie Carduff a chance. So wish I just gave in weeks before. Totally goes above and beyond. She visually showed me everything the company could help save me. Any problem or question I have she is on it. The stubborn person I am of change, Had me give her just one account. She now has all three. I’d have it no other way. Any future companies I might open, She’s the one I’m calling.

We had the pleasure of working with Jackie Carduff at Payroc. They were recommended to us by our banker at MB Financial. Jackie is wonderful, she broke down our current bill so we could actually understand what we were being charged for and how much they were charging us in extra fees. She came to our office prepared with a spreadsheet analyzing these fees and showed us exactly how much money she could save us every month. She walked us through the application process and even helped set up our new equipment and tested it for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Even now months later after we joined Payroc she still checks in on us and has always responded to my emails within hours. She truly provides great service! If you are thinking about changing your services or are unhappy reach out to her, you will be in great hands and she'll probably save you a lot of money too!

Do not sign up. Great customer support until you actually become a customer at which point they will never respond to you, no one will answer the phone or an email. My company is on a deadline to get answers from them and they will not help.
