Client Review on PayPal Inc.

Feedback:

Several items were purchased from Groupon thru my PayPal account. The items were shipped to an address that I no longer lived at. I went to the old address and it was communicated that the items were not there. PayPal refuses to credit my account for items I never received. The representative were rude and stated that the items were delivered and that it was not their problem. it was as if they were reading from a document, and no sincere engagement about the situation.
