Superb customer service!!! Brent Bunting is the best!! He would go the extra step the help, when most people would just say they couldn't help. Brent made the process very easy and smooth. I wish i had an employee like him......I would be confident my clients are being taking care of and treated right! He is an asset to Payment Cloud!! Keep him around...He is valuable!!

I was referred over to PaymentCloud by Stripe. I had been using them for 2 years and then I guess for some reason, they said they dont support my business type. They were nice enough to give me PaymentCloud's information and a little time to get things moved over. I worked with Russell. He was very knowledgable and explained to me the in's and out's of credit card processing. I appreciate his direct approach and they were able to get everything set up in less than a week.
