Client Review on Payment Express

I am the Manager of Database Administration for a MAJOR Performing Arts Center in Florida. We just contracted with Payment Express to handle the many thousands of credit card transactions totaling millions of dollars in sales that we do on an annual basis here.One of the very first things we had to do was to get one area of our organization up and running immediately using a 3rd party SAAS system that had to process credit cards from both a public facing website and an back-end administrative website. The 3rd party SAAS system was incorrectly configured to handle the Payment Express platform and we were unable to process credit cards from the public facing website.Rather than fix the blame on the 3rd party SAAS system and be done with it, Payment Express support spent a great deal of time and effort with us and with the 3rd party SAAS system to identify the problem and help create a solution that would get us up and running for our November 13th launch.
