Feedback:

We have been a customer of Payaliance for several years. They take the burden off the small businessman, allowing him to handle his business in an efficient way. I have no complaints.

Feedback:

I seem to have spoken with an exceptional employee at Payliance. Initially he was unable to find my account -- I'd called to get documentation that I'd paid a debt in full -- but he took my number and said he'd call back. I figured I was just being shined on. Lo an behold this gentleman DID call me back, less than an hour later, and got everything straightened out. I'm inclined to think that other consumers' complaints about Payliance have a basis -- but know that there's at least 1 really awesome customer service rep and he's so very helpful!

Feedback:

I've written five times and have called every day for a week. No one will return any of my communication. Even their after hour message center states that their mailbox is full. Frustrating!!!!

They dont answer and don't bother leaving a message left 10 and nobody will call me back! I have never had this many problems trying to pay a freaking bill!

Scam company. They say one thing and do another. Be sure to report to the attorney general and the BBB with their scams. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Company prays on consumers and fraudulently attempts to collect erroneous debts and ruin your credit. Fight them at every turn.

Company is a scam. After their services did not work for me and attempting to cancel they say I owe 800 dollars. Reporting to the attorney general and BBB. Steer far clear from this scam.

We have signed up with this company to perform ACH processing. They are literally the worst company I have ever tried to attempt to deal with or do business with in my entire life. Literally, not a single soul that works there can respond to an email or a phone call after several failed attempts for days and weeks on end. On top of literally the worst customer service i have ever received amongst any business in any field, we regretfully inform anyone reading this that you should absolutely not do business with these people. We had 1 single chargeback and a small number of insufficient funds (which we cannot control. )
