Client Review on PayFast

Feedback:

Stay very very far away. Wanted to buy concert tickets from TicketPro. Did an EFT using payfast. Tried to verify it without success. Sent and e-mail to which I am waiting for a response. Tried calling and got an automated message that the support desk is unavailable and will be back within an hour. So basically the support desk takes lunch and then closes. Ridiculous. So now they have my money (R3160.00) and I dont have tickets as I cannot complete the transaction on the TicketPro website. What a clusterfck!Edit: so my problem was eventually solved thus I changed the 1 star rating to 2. The reason I won't make it a 3, 4 or 5 star rating is a support desk that goes on lunch and the fact that this is the 2nd time out of 2 times using payfast that this has happened to me. If Standard Bank cannot offer payfast the speed in clearing of EFTs then STOP offering your service to Standard Bank clients!!
