Received a fine while I was waiting for the reminder text message that parking is almost up. It never came. You had one job!

The person i was talking to was extremely unhelpful any plain rude, could not even help with the most simple situation and hung up on me twice... extremely disappointed

This is the most used app on my phone. It has most likely saved me many parking tickets let alone hundreds of trips back and forth to the parking meter to plug in more coins.

I made parking on the app last Monday between 11 and 2 pm. I had a screenshot of it. Then I noticed the app not working, I could not view parking history and it shut down a couple of times. In a meanwhile I got a ticket. Apparently the booking the app showed I made was only for 10 min. I've contacted this company whose customer service is just garbage. After exchanging a few emails, they stuck to the answer that the server log only shows booking for 10 min. I did send the screenshot and explained but they are not willing to do anything at all. I am scared to use this app now.
