I've been using the services for about a year. The customer service is poor. Faulty terminals can take more than week to be replaced (which costs loads of sales), the fees are very high and company ignores request to negotiate better rates. Customer service takes long time to reply. Payments show on customers bank statements as another business, and the company does not want to rectify this. I am in the process of switching and do not recommend services to anyone who cares for their business.
