Feedback:

Do not sign up with this company. They have lied to us from the very beginning and have a lot of hidden fees. Every month has been a hassle. I have been calling for a month now with no luck. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB

I gave them a shot and guess what my money is not available. No email, no text bo reason. Finally i called and the girl with nasty attitude hung up on me.

STOLE $1900+ DOLLARS After making a 1900 transaction they told me they were keeping my money and couldnt twll me why "try again in 60 days, sorry" currently filling a complaint with the bbb.

Bluetooth is junk. Have to keep charged etc. Couldn't take cards several times because battery is dead. Missed being able to take cards several times because of the high interest rates when Bluetooth don't work.

Declined application almost immediately despite having an existing merchant account established and being within their terms and conditions. I suspect despite not outright prohibiting it, they refuse to do business with certain vendors based on services.

After signing up for your service, which was a complete hassle we have been hit with fees that were not previously disclosed. The fees that were not disclosed, may have been misrepresented or not stated by the rep I used. But, even after speaking to your customer service department after the first month, and supposedly getting everything corrected, I was charged again for things such as card processors that I never had nor needed, minimum transaction fee, account maintenance fee, paper statement.....on and on. I now understand why the rating is so poor. I will not be using your company, nor will I recommend you to anyone. There are other companies available, with superior customer service and more transparent fees.

I got victimized by a fraudster who opened an online merchant account with PayAnywhere who didn't bother to verify anything. Now PayAnywhere is sending IRS forms to report 'income" to me even though they've known for over nine months this was a fraudulent account. And they tell me it's my problem to work things out with the IRS. Thanks for nothing.

payanywhere has a lot of hidden charges which they do not tell you . you would think they have a lower rate but in reality they have pretty high rate ,Their customer service is pretty bad also, if you can get hold of them.Also their system keeps locking up with no reason , I called them many times with this problem but no help. DO NOT USE THEM

This place is a SCAM. They said I could use there service for whatever I wanted. Like being able to accept a credit card at my garage sale. After ringing up $2,669.82 they closed my account stating that they have made a business decision to not continue doing business with me. And they are going to hold my funds for 6 months so all charges could be cleared. They are ripping people off and collecting interest on other peoples money.
