The only great customer service you get at this place is when you're coming in to purchase something. Other than that they're always looking for a way to screw you. Of course the customer service is going to be great when you walk in to purchase something because the person they just got it from they completely burned. I used to deal with this place for many years and so didn't my family until we found Fast Cash. They're very fair and work with you no matter what the situation is. Right from the start you get that feeling that they're not there just to try to screw you out of what's yours. It's almost like building a friendship with individuals that are there to try to help you out and that's exactly what they do. I'm not a friend or a family member of Fast Cash I'm just somebody that's being very honest after going through thousands of dollars of losses through this company. Just be careful they're very manipulative and they also lie about the value of the products that are brought in. They deal with a higher percentage of people that are walking in and going to lose their items so they used to treating everybody the same way. Well good luck to everyone and we all live by choice if you decide to go through them just be very careful. Yesssss... They don't care how they screw you. When the father was running things, it was a respected place. It has become a joke. My family and I prefer a loss over doing business with them anymore. Go Newport Ave. Truly a family run business!
