Best pawn shop in VA. They have a lot to choose from and prices are reasonable. Whet it comes to a loan or a sale they always give the best price in the area. So I just stopped going to other stores - there is no point. The stuff I bought from them works perfectly (Xbox 360. Xbox One, Paslode framing gun). The stuff is always polite and patient. Pam is the best.

This Pawn Shop is the best in the area. The staff is very friendly and reasonable. The store has a wide selection of items. They even have nice Shoes, which I was surprised to see. I have been going to this pawn shop for years now, and have gotten great deals. I highly recommend checking it out.

Pam was great. She helped me with the purchase of a nice guitar and case. They expertly shipped it to me in Louisiana at a very reasonable cost. The guitar was exactly as described and a really great deal. I highly recommend Pam and Pawn USA.

When I was reading all the reviews I though that was the right place to sell my watches , but when I went there , they told me they gonna pay me $500 for a brand new Montblanc watch that actually costs $3400 , I don’t think that’s the right place to go to . It was a Waste of time.

Excellent Customer Service, excellent prices on gold, Pam was amazing, she knew what I wanted, helped pick it out and gave me a great deal, let alone the most professional and customer service friendly person ever! I bought 2 big gold items here and will go back for more. I use to think customer service was dead in this country but not in this place, it's alive and thriving. I would Highly recommend them for everyone, they have great quality stuff and you feel good about your purchase!
