What a joke. I called and explained the items I was bringing in and were brand new. I explained that I would be coming from northeast Philadelphia and just didnt want to drive over for nothing. Once i got there the SAME guy i spoke with over the phone said they have no interest and would have told me had I called...........I explained that I DID call and HE TOLD ME to bring it in....WHAT A JOKE!! He was extremely short and rude with me when I brough gold jewelry with me. He tells me he isnt an expert and not an appraiser for jewelry. I said I was definitely going to sell the jewelry and he said to come back some other time and they would check it.......Not to mention the lowball offers I heard them make other customers for their items......Should be rated 0 stars....
