You can tell the type of a business by the values of the owners, and they have strong values. They have helped me time and again. Once when my back ordered firearm happened to arrive when I was out of town they kept it for me for three MONTHS! Every time I go in they treat me as if we’ve known each other forever and have great conversations to boot. Could not ask for anything better. I would recommend everyone to their business.

Owner will take your property in on pawn and not tell you there are certain requirements to get this property back in order for the customer to check before the property is pawned if they are eligible to get their property back. Also, when you come to get your said property and it is found out that your ineligible the owner is super rude and treats you as if it's your problem and your fault and no trouble to him at all. Not only was the owner rude to me in person buy also very rude to my mother on the phone when she called to ask about the situation and even hung up on her!!! Not a professional way to conduct a business. I'll never use this business again!!!

Kip and Gina are the best! Their staff are always helpful and professional. My first stop when I am looking for power tools. I also use them for all my gun transfers. Virginia is fast and efficient when it comes to providing my seller with the FFL info.

Falsely post prices for products listed online and a sign on shelf clearly saying 20 dvd's for $15 then says of this is a $30 stack of 20 because theres kids movies in here. So basically me and my greedy wife heard you say how much your kids would like a few of the movies so you think you can get a few more bucks out of me! Thats bad business!!! I have reccomended your shop to about 10 of my buddies to buy guns from your shop because I thought tou were a decent business man but I now see your SLIME
