Horrible experience. I walked in once to get a quote for some rings I am selling and the first quote was $150 and I walked out. I then went and got them cleaned and looking nice since last time they weren't the prettiest. The female associate that helped me was very nice and seemed to take in time and looking over everything. When she took my rings to her manager the manger then offered me $100; $25 for my solitaire and $75 for my band that has 4 diamonds in it. I told her no I was not going to take $100 for my bands. That I was only hoping for $300-400 so what about $200?? The manager looks that me and says "No I'm sorry we couldn't see them here for that much. I can only give you $100" That right there was insulting. Not only did I pay $1000 for my rings before but less than 2 weeks ago I just got them cleaned and rhodium plated as well. I will not be recommending this place to anyone who wants to sell their jewelry. Horrible service and they offer you less than what you could get your jewelry elsewhere.
