Not only do I bank here personally, I also recently opened my business account here. The staff are always accommodating and willing to help me reach the perfect product to suit my individual needs. This credit union has helped on more than one occasion. They helped me get a personal loan to help fund my wedding, helped me get a much lower interest rate on my truck loan and then proceeded to help me when my wife and I introduced our first baby into the world and I needed to trade in for a family friendly vehicle. My wife and I don’t have bad credit, so I figured it was a bit easier, but they were also able to help my in-laws. Saving them 7% in interest on their vehicle loan.Just goes to show you that with help from good people, good things will follow. I wouldn’t dream of going back to a big name bank.

Really would like an update on the app. The way it is right now makes a mobile check deposit virtually impossible as it crashes constantly. Layout is strange and the app is overall not user friendly. Would love to see it updated.

We made the mistake by opening up a business account with Pathways Credit Union last year and had problems about every month. First off, this credit union runs debits before credits unlike most other banks that run credits before debits. Say you make a deposit and then pay a bill, they will run that debit first before running your deposit hoping that you will go negative so they can charge a service fee. They are looking out more to pad their wallet instead of their members. Second off, their customer service is horrible. We had to deal with this woman named Bobbi at the Georgesville Road office, and the wicked witch of the west is more friendly than her. She is defiantly going to run this credit union out of business. Third, this credit union may put a hold on your check without telling you one month then the next month no hold. Their system never tells you when the hold will be released, so you have no clue when the money will be available. Overall, if you are a business looking for a credit union to do business with, stay away from this place! If you are just looking for a individual checking or savings account as well, I would stay away as well, as they will clean out your account with all their fees. We have filed a complaint against this credit union as in my 56 years of life, I have never dealt with a mess like this. I would be surprised if this credit union is around next year, or the federal government shuts them down. If I could post all the rude messages I have received from them alone, I think no one would go to this corrupt credit union. Two words is all I can tell you....STAY AWAY!
