I heard about this company at a real estate seminar I attended. I got "approved" for 4 credit cards, and through emails and phone calls I was asked to pay pathway financials' fee even before I received them in the mail for the amount of all 4 cards. However, eventually 2 cards were not approved by the bank institutions themselves even after I verified my income and personal information. So I paid pathway financials' approval fee for 4 cards even though I only got really approved and funded for 2, my credit score dropped over 20 points, and no response from Mr. Ryan S. It seems like once they have your business they won't answer your calls or emails in a timely manner, if ever. Research all your options carefully.

I have been working with the owner of Pathway Financial who has been incredibly unresponsive to my emails, text messages, and phone calls. I often feel like I have to stalk him to get a response and that's after waiting for several days from my initial communication. So frustrating!!

If I could give zero stars I would. In the beginning, they are there for you, answering phone calls, emails and text but once I sent my required info in, Ryan Sitting said: Awesome, let me put everything together and I will be in touch tomorrow. 9 days later, no response, not answering phone calls, emails or text. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Krista is the worst. I clearly advised this agent that I needed 40k in cash to start my investment business. Instead of getting me a line of credit she proceeded to send my information to get credit cards not cash, in turn my credit was hit 6xs when I asked her & her coworker by email if my credit would be hit multiple time which they both ignored. Now they are trying to charge me when I never received any funding. I am going to fight them to the end because she straight lied to me and I don't care what you have recorded because I was clear prior to the recording advising her that I needed cash not credit cards. I have damn near perfect credit & over 80k in credit cards already why would I authorize something I don't need. Not to mention my 250k hard money loan was denied because of the unnecessary hits on my credit. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE LIARS!
