He is extremely intelligent, professional, easy to converse with, so thorough and well versed in his specialty areas. He provided so much insight and valuable information. He spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone and went into so much detail that was useful - quality interchange, that's for sure. Top Notch. Just had a free phone consultation with Derek Soltis. He was extremely helpful! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to talk to. He actually advised me to wait a bit before thinking about hiring him and bringing my case to court as things might work themselves out before needing to escalate. If he were a dishonest person whose only concerned was making money, he could have just as easily given me different advice. I highly recommend working with Derek.

They have worked with me for 2 years to get a loan modification. It was a roller coaster ride. I lost my job during the process, had to evict tenants, was facing a sheriff sale, and had 3 previous failed loan mods. I almost had to file bankruptcy, but Mr. Cardenas worked on my behalf to keep me in my home. He walked me through all of my issues and even was able to tell me why my previous loan mods failed. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
