They told my boyfriend who is a tramatic brain injured person and told him all he needed was his Id to reclaim my merchandise, he went to pick up my jewelry and then they told him that he needed the receipt with his injury he lost the pawn ticket, and now im out my diamond ,opal necklace and ring from kays..we will never do business with them again..i feel my bf and I were taken advantage of since i also have tramatic brain injury myself..
