I recently became a member of “Parkview Community” FCU & my first experience happened to be beyond my expectations! I decided I’d call the number I found online because I had a number of questions & concerns...In the end, ALL my questions were answered & issues resolved! The woman I spoke with even took the time to explain a bunch of other services & features at my disposal! I was pleasantly surprised by Parkview’s flexibility as it relates to banking/pulling money out of my savings account at any PNC BANK — SURCHARGE FREE!After this remarkably positive experience, I feel reassured & even lucky to have somehow found Parkview Federal Credit Union! I honestly can't remember the last time I had such a positive experience, especially on the telephone?In conclusion, I’m happy to commend “Parkview” with a (FIVE-STAR) review — THANKS for the super POSITIVE & MEMORABLE first impression, I definitely won’t forget it!
