I agree with the other review, they are great to work with; especially Drew and Aaron. Although they are not responsible for the problems occurring with the bank.I went into the one that is on expressway and noticed that there are employee cars parked in the drive through areas so I went in and one of the ladies told me that they haven't had tellers for four years, was rude and expected me to already know this,If you haven't had drive through a or tellers for four years then put up a closed sign in front of the parking lot it's deceiving.

Edit 3/30/19: After agreeing to pay the extortionate fees in the hopes of removing a bad mark from my credit report, Parkside continues to report the account derogatory on my credit report, despite their assurances that it would no longer be reported as such. Very disappointing that they would be so petty.Do not open a checking account with Parkside. Over a year ago my wife and I decided to leave Parkside due to poor customer service and ridiculous fees. Parkside continued to charge fees even when we were no longer using their checking service, and is now trying to collect on fees that were never authorized!?

Statements are hard to read , I have complained several times about it ,which I was told , I'm not the first one to complain, and that Parkside is aware of the problem ,after 2 years Thay are no better . It like this isn't something new ,as many banks we have used in the past have great statements, which we still use!I have been a member since it started 50 years ago ,and since Parkside took over it has been a mess .My wife couldn't even transfer money out , because of poor paper work on there part.The people in Missouls branch is all new now for some reason ?Thay are great to work with , but not responsible for the problems. Hopefully Thay get this strighten out soon , as we will be looking for a different Crédit Union

Parkside is awesome, just moved my auto loan to them and saved a ton (4.88% down to 2.69%)! Thank you Melissa, you rock and thanks for quickly letting us know what all our options were, you made this whole process so easy.....If anyone needs an auto loan go see Melissa Dunton at Parkside FCU.
